Sanita Clogs Inc., Under New Ownership
Temecula, CA-May 19, 2009- Sanita Clogs Inc., the US sales and marketing division of the Danish clog maker, Sanita A/S, is now under new ownership that has combined several brands under one management structure. The newly formed Sanita Footwear A/S was developed by the former Company, Sanita A/S to allow for continued growth in all market areas. Sanita Footwear A/S is a direct subsidiary of Footwear Holdings, a privately held Danish company.

“This change in ownership will bring about increased stability to Sanita Clogs Inc., while providing us with the flexibility needed to compete in today’s market” stated Gene Kunde, President & CEO, Sanita Clogs Inc. “This is an opportunity to gain a better foothold over our competitors” Mr. Kunde continued.
