Wave - New super light cemented construction
Sanita Wave is a brand new clog, from the bottom up. The out sole is TPU, which not only wears very well, but is also very environmentally friendly. This material can be colored in various transparent colors. The midsole is light PU, a very soft and extremely light weight material, much lighter than our previous formulation of polyurethane. The shank is a nonmetallic composite material, providing the necessary lateral support, while walking right through the airport metal detectors (the new clogs contain no metal at all, as opposed to the stapled construction, or the steel shanked cemented construction) with exception of the buckled Catalina and Malibu. The insole is newly developed for us. It is lightweight Polyou, covered with calf leather, with a LiquiCell® in the heel, and it is completely removable, replaceable, and washable. The uppers are rich buttery soft leathers, with full leather lining. |
