Prices:
Unless otherwise stated all prices are in Euro and are inclusive of Danish 25% VAT.

Payment:
Sanita webshop accepts payment by Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB, China UnionPay, Paypal. On dispatch of the goods payment will be debited and cleared from your account. SANITA encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during the transaction. We reserve the right to have the orders full amount paid by bank transfer to Sydbank, Denmark. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery out of Denmark with UPS from 8 Euro. FREE DELIVERY on orders from 69 Euros of purchase (Depending on delivery country)
Delivery out of Denmark with PostNord, GLS & UPS. Delivery in Denmark with GLS or PostNord.

Delivery:
Sanita webshop will deliver within 1-4 working days. Furthermore, all orders shall be subject to availability and delays in delivery.

We follow the applicable country's VAT and customs regulations regarding imports.

Complaints:
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defects. Return items will be accepted if defects appear within a period of two years. Please note that we only accept complaints that are returned due to material or production defects.

Cancellation & Returns:
We offer you 33 days to regret your purchase. If you regret your purchase in full, we will return the amount of the goods. We do not pay the return freight. Pay attention to customs.

Any dispute between FashionShopping and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Please note that we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

When returning claims please clearly state the reason for the return as this will accelerate the handling process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. This will unable us to track your order and hereby assure that the parcel has been received by Sanita webshop.

How to submit a complaint

Did we not live up to your expectations? If so, please contact Sanita first, and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority .

When you order items at the Sanita shop, we register your name and address in our system to enable us to send you your order.
